• The 826 total yards were the second-most ever by an SEC team and are the most by any FBS team this season.
• Ole Miss offense scored touchdowns on their first nine drives of the game.
• The 49 first half points are the most in a half in the modern era (since 1958) ... The previous best was 42 in the second half vs. Houston in 1958.
• The 536 yards in the first half were the most first half yards by an SEC team over the last 15 years.
• It was the second time this season Ole Miss has scored more than 70 points ... The Rebels scored 76 in their home opener vs. SIU ... It marked just the second time in school history that the Rebels have tallied 70 or more points twice in a season.
• Ole Miss had two scoring drives that took less than a minute ... The Rebels now have nine scoring drives under 60 seconds on the season ... Coming into the game, Ole Miss ranked sixth in the country in that category.
• QB Jordan Ta'amu played in the first half only, completing 21-of-24 passes for 374 yards and three TDs ... Ta'amu also rushed for 63 yards and two TDs on the ground ... Ta'amu's 437 yards of total offense were the ninth most in school history, all coming in the first half.
• Ta'amu now ranks 12th all-time in career passing yards at Ole Miss with 3,593.
• QB Matt Corral played nearly the entire second half for Ole Miss, completing all 10 of his pass attempts for 143 yards and two scores ... Corral also ran for a team-high 78 yards and one touchdown.
• It was also the first time two Ole Miss QBs have passed for two or more touchdowns in a game since 2015.
• RB Scottie Phillips rushed a game-high 12 times for 74 yards and two TDs ... Phillips also caught one pass for 11 yards and a TD ... Phillips now has 10 touchdowns on the season (eight rushing and two receiving).
• WR DaMarkus Lodge finished with career highs in both catches (nine) and receiving yards (179).
• WR A.J. Brown hauled in nine catches for 133 yards and one TD.
• Brown currently sits seventh on Ole Miss' all-time charts in career receiving yards with 2,250 ... The junior wideout moved into sole possession of fifth on Ole Miss' all-time charts in receiving TDs with 17.
• WR D.K. Metcalf tallied four catches for 115 yards and one score ... Metcalf now has five TD receptions on the season and has tallied at least one touchdown reception in all but one game this season.
• Metcalf is now ninth all-time in school history in receiving TDs (14).
• It was the first time since 2014 that Ole Miss had three receivers over 100 yards.
• It marked the first time since 2015 that the Rebels had five different receivers tally a TD reception.
| DEFENSIVE NOTES |
• Linton finished second on the team with six tackles ... Linton also had one sack, 1.5 tackles for loss and one QBH.
• It was the fifth straight game that the Ole Miss defense tallied two or more turnovers in a game, the first time since 2014.
• The Rebels tallied five sacks and 11 tackles for loss ... It was the second time this season that Ole Miss had five or more sacks, as well as double-digit TFL.
• DB Keidron Smith tied a career high with seven total tackles.
• DL Tariqious Tisdale tallied a career-high six total tackles, including 1.5 TFL.
• DB Myles Hartsfield and DE Ryder Anderson both forced a fumble in the win.
