ITA Collegiate All-Star Team

OXFORD, Miss. --
NCAA Champion and Ole Miss women's tennis standout Arianne Hartono added to her list of honors and awards Monday, as she was named to the 2018 ITA Collegiate All-Star Team.

Hartono is the second player in program history to be named to this prestigious team, joining four-time All-American Agnes Muzamel, who made the team in 1997.

The ITA Collegiate All-Star Team honors the top student-athletes of the 2017-18 season from all five divisions of college tennis.

The ITA Collegiate All-Star Team features the nation's top-ranked men's and women's players from the year-end Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings, in addition to winners of the 2017 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships and 2018 NCAA Division I and III Championships.

Hartono (Meppel, Netherlands) became the first NCAA singles titlist in Ole Miss women's tennis history, the first player in program history to be named the SEC Player of the Year after finishing 11-2 at No. 1 singles in SEC play, and the first Honda Sports Award winner in school history. The ITA Co-Senior Player of the Year, Hartono was a three-time All-SEC honoree and a two-time ITA All-American. She finished the year winning 17-straight matches, including 23 wins against ranked opponents, and ranked top 10 in both singles and doubles. With a 37-6 final season record, Hartono tied for second all-time on the program's single-season wins list. She ranks eighth all-time at Ole Miss with 97 career wins.
