2018 Football Position Previews: Offensive Line

Returning Rebel Blockers Boast a Combined 103 Starts
This is the second of an eight-part position-by-position preview series looking ahead at what the Ole Miss Rebels' depth chart might look like for the 2018 season.
The Ole Miss offensive line enters its second year under coach Jack Bicknell and boasts a combined 103 starts, including 45 from the 2017 season.
The veteran group performed well through some attrition in 2017. The group blocked for Jordan Wilkins on his way to becoming the Rebels' first 1,000-yard rusher since 2009.
Ole Miss returns All-SEC left tackle Greg Little, a projected first-round NFL Draft pick, who started every game at the blind side position for the Rebels in 2017. Alongside Little, the Rebels return three other starters—preseason Rimington Award watch-lister Sean Rawlings, Javon Patterson and Alex Givens.
Jordan Sims and Ben Brown will compete at right guard for the fifth spot. Sims started 11 games on the offensive line as a sophomore in 2016 and will also provide depth behind Rawlings at center. Though he lacks game experience, Brown projects to have a key role on the line and has shined in spring practice and fall camp.
Royce Newman, Bryce Mathews, Tony Gray, Eli Johnson, Chandler Tuitt and Michael Howard return to add depth.
