Men’s Tennis Run Ends in Regional Semifinals

AUBURN, Ala. – Ole Miss Men's Tennis ended their run through the ITA Southern Regionals Monday, falling in semifinal action at the Yarbrough Center on the campus of Auburn University.

After withdrawing from the morning's single match, senior Tim Sandkaulen, paired with sophomore Simon Junk in the doubles semifinals, taking on the host Tigers.

The duo fell by identical 6-4, 6-4 marks, snapping their streak of three consecutive victories throughout the Main Doubles Draw.

Sandkaulen has still qualified for Fall Nationals, which takes place in early November in California.

The rest of the Rebels also return to the courts in November, heading to Birmingham for the CCB Invitational November 1-3.
