Ole Miss Women’s Basketball Announces 2019-20 Promotions Schedule

Rebels Open Season with Home Exhibition vs. Clark Atlanta on Friday
OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss women's basketball has unveiled its promotions schedule for the 2019-20 season, which begins with a home exhibition vs. Clark Atlanta this Friday.
Over the course of the 18-game home slate for the Rebel women, fans will have the chance to receive unique giveaway items and interact with the Ole Miss women's basketball team in numerous ways.
Ole Miss will host six of its 18 home games this season in November, beginning with the home exhibition vs. Clark Atlanta on Nov. 1. Admission is free, and the first 500 fans will receive the 2019-20 team poster. The regular season will begin the following Tuesday on Nov. 5 vs. Mississippi Valley State, with 2019-20 schedule magnets up for grabs to the first 300 fans in attendance.
The Nov. 10 tilt vs. ULM will serve as a reunion for the Ole Miss summer basketball campers, and the Rebels will be available postgame for an autograph session. Ole Miss will kick off a doubleheader of basketball action on Friday, Nov. 10, with a 3 p.m. CT contest against New Orleans, and the first 500 fans will receive a specialty team poster.
On Nov. 23, Ole Miss will host its annual free Kids Clinic following its game against Louisiana Tech, which will cover the fundamentals of basketball for children aged 13 or under. The month will close with a $1 ticket game and the annual Fansgiving festivities on Nov. 26 vs. Sam Houston State, which will feature raffle prizes throughout the game.
Ole Miss will hold a Rebel Kids Club Night on Dec. 14 vs. Southeast Missouri following the men's basketball game against Middle Tennessee. Members will receive a free hot dog or nachos, and the Soul Tones will perform.
The 17th annual Kids Day game will be held on Dec. 16 at 11 a.m. CT vs. Georgia Southern, which has averaged nearly 8,000 fans in each of the last three seasons since The Pavilion at Ole Miss opened. Santa will come to The Pavilion the next game on Dec. 20 vs. Louisiana, and he will be available for pregame photos in addition to performing a halftime reading. Additionally, the first 200 fans in attendance will receive a free Ole Miss stocking.
The Rebel close December and the non-conference season out with a Dec. 28 tilt against Alabama State, and the first 175 fans will receive a free 2019-20 Ole Miss Women's Basketball team shirt.
Ole Miss will begin the SEC slate on Jan. 2 vs. Georgia, which will also serve as Youth Basketball Night. All kids wearing a basketball jersey will receive a $1 ticket. The Pavilion will then turn red for a Jan. 9 contest against Tennessee. As part of a Red Out, the first 350 fans in attendance will receive a red #NoCeilings t-shirt. Additionally, Ole Miss will debut Courtside Connections, a women's networking event, which will have more details to come.
Jan. 19 against Missouri will be a busy day at The Pavilion with the return of Bingo Day and Pregame Brunch in addition to Alumni Weekend festivities and postgame autographs. The Rebels will close the month by turning The Pavilion a different color as it is a Powder Blue Out against South Carolina on Jan. 30.
Just four home games remain through February and March, with the first 200 fans receiving a women's basketball t-shirt on Feb. 2 vs. Alabama before the annual Pink Game against Arkansas on Feb. 16. Ole Miss will host Kentucky on Feb. 20, with the first 250 fans in attendance receiving a basketball jersey lunch box.
Ole Miss will honor its lone senior, Torri Lewis, when it closes the season at home on March 1 against Mississippi State. Additionally, the first 1,000 fans will receive a replica basketball jersey.
