Ole Miss Rifle Announces Newest Signing

Martina Gratz Will Join the Rebels Next Fall from Sigel, Illinois
OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss Rifle team unveiled its newest addition to the Rebel family on Wednesday, welcoming signee Martina Gratz for the 2020-2021 season.
Gratz, a native of Sigel, Illinois, is a decorated shooter both nationally, internationally, and at the high school level. A three-time Junior Olympic medalist in eight J.O. appearances, Gratz was also the 2019 NRA Iron Man Runner-Up as well as a two-time competitor in the ISSF World Cup this season.
Gratz was twice named an Eley High School All-American and a multi-time Illinois state champion.
Hard work on the range goes is also apparent in the classroom for Gratz. Currently a senior at Stewardson-Strasburg High School, she is on pace to be school valedictorian after being on the academic Honor Roll each year.
Her sister, Elizabeth Gratz, competed for West Virginia for four seasons from 2014-18. Martina looks to pursue a Business major.
Gratz joins a Rebel squad that represents the United States from coast to coast. The current roster features 11 student-athletes from nine states.
