Football Begins Spring Practice

Rebels Hit the Practice Field on Tuesday for Start of Spring Drills
OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss will hit the practice fields to officially open 2019 spring football drills on Tuesday.
In advance to spring practice, Ole Miss head coach Matt Luke will address the media prior to Tuesday's practice, and that press conference will be streamed live on SEC Network+ (ESPN app), Facebook Live (OleMissFootball) and OleMissSports.com.
Spring practice will culminate with the annual Grove Bowl on Saturday, April 6. Kickoff of the intrasquad scrimmage is set for 3 p.m. CT and will be televised by SEC Network.
The Saturday football scrimmage will be followed by the Ole Miss baseball team in action at 7 p.m., against Florida. Game time for Friday's series opener will be 6:30 p.m., while Sunday's first pitch is 1:30. Visit www.OleMissTix.com for ticket availability.
Other events of Grove Bowl Weekend include the annual Chucky Mullins Courage Award Ceremony, which will be a luncheon on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the Grill at 1810 at the Manning Center. Ticket information and other details will be announced next month.
In addition, the Rebel men's tennis team will be in action Sunday with a doubleheader against Arkansas-Pine Bluff beginning at 1 p.m. Admission is free at the Palmer/Salloum Center.
