• Ole Miss won the other meeting between the two teams 52-6 in 2009.

 OFFENSIVE NOTES
• RB Jerrion Ealy's 273 all-purpose yards (172 kickoff return, 95 rushing) are the most by ever by an Ole Miss freshman in a single game and fourth-most by any Rebel  in school history.
• Ealy tallied career highs in rushing attempts (nine) and yards (95) ... Ealy also rushed for his first career touchdown.
• Ealy is the first Ole Miss player to tally a kickoff return and a rushing TD in the same game since Deuce McAllister in 1999 vs. Arkansas.
• Ealy's 52-yard rush during the second quarter was the longest by any Rebel running back this season.
• QB Matt Corral completed 21-of-30 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns ... It was a career-high in attempts (30) and completions (21).
• It was the second straight contest that Corral recorded two touchdown passes.
• RB Scottie Phillips tied a career high in rushing attempts (26) and finished the game with 103 yards rushing and one TD ... Phillips has rushed for at least one TD in all three games this season.
• It was Phillips' sixth career 100-yard rushing effort.
• RB Snoop Conner's 37-yard rush to help ice the game was the freshman's longest rush of his career ... He finished the game with nine carries and a career-high 51 yards.
• Ole Miss was a perfect 4-of-4 in red zone conversions ... The Rebels are now 9-for-9 on the season.
• WR Elijah Moore hauled in seven catches for 88 yards and one score ... Moore now has three TD receptions on the season.
• Appearing in his third career game, WR Jonathan Mingo hauled in a career-high three catches for 25 yards.
• TE Jason Pellerin tallied his first career TD reception ... The senior finished with two catches for 24 yards.
 
 DEFENSIVE NOTES
• The Rebels allowed just 66 yards rushing today vs. SLU ... It marks the first time an Ole Miss defense has allowed less than 100 yards rushing in back-to-back games since 2015 (Florida and New Mexico State).
• Ole Miss recorded nine tackles for loss ... The Rebels have tallied at least eight tackles for loss in all three games this season ... Ole Miss only registered four such games last season.
• Ole Miss tallied their first three interception game since recording three picks vs. Memphis in 2016.
• DB Jon Haynes recorded his first career interception ... The junior college transfer finished the game with six tackles.
• DB Myles Hartsfield registered his third-career interception.
• ILB Donta Evans' interception during the fourth quarter was the first-career INT for the junior from Lawrenceville, Georgia.
• DB Jalen Julius set a career high for total tackles (7).
• ILB Willie Hibbler tied his career high with seven total tackles.
 
 SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
• KR Jerrion Ealy tallied his first career touchdown with a 94-yard kickoff return during the first quarter ... It was the first kick return for Ole Miss since the 2018 season opener vs. Texas Tech when Jaylon Jones returned a kick 94 yards for a score.
• P Mac Brown punted four times for an average of 46.0 yards per punt, including a long of 57 yards.
• K Luke Logan was 2-for-3 on field goal attempts with a long of 32 yards.
Spencer Cole appeared in his first career game for Ole Miss handling all kickoff duties.
