NFL Rebels Update: Week 4

Knox Scores Twice in Bills’ Blowout Win
OXFORD, Miss. – Here at OleMissSports.com, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the status of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. Ole Miss' presence in the league has continued to grow, with 24 former Rebels on NFL rosters (practice squad included), including 2020 Pro Bowlers A.J. Brown, Evan Engram, D.K. Metcalf and Laremy Tunsil.
Dawson Knox continued his hot start to the season, catching his fourth touchdown pass in as many games. Metcalf also hauled in another TD pass, while Branden Bolden recorded 76 all-purpose yards. Defensively, A.J. Moore made his return to the field with the Texans, and D.J. Jones forced a fumble.
Overall, 15 of them played in Week Four of the 2021 regular season. Here's a rundown of how each NFL Rebel performed:
#25 Brandon Bolden | RB | New England Patriots
Caught six passes for 51 yards, returned a kickoff for 25 yards and recorded two tackles on special teams in the Patriots' 19-17 loss to Tampa Bay.
#11 A.J. Brown | WR | Tennessee Titans
Was listed as inactive for the Titans' matchup with the Jets.
#88 Evan Engram | TE | New York Giants
Caught five passes for 27 yards in the Giants' 27-21 overtime win against the Saints.
#78 Woodrow Hamilton | DT | Tennessee Titans
Lined up on seven snaps on defense in the 27-24 loss to the Jets.
#98 Marquis Haynes | DE | Carolina Panthers
Recorded one tackle in 11 snaps as a reserve defensive end in the Panthers' 36-28 loss to the Cowboys.
#21 Mike Hilton | CB | Cincinnati Bengals
Tallied three total tackles at the cornerback position in the Bengals' 24-21 win on Thursday Night Football.
#93 D.J. Jones | DT | San Francisco 49ers
Forced a fumble and tallied two tackles as the 49ers fell to the Seahawks, 28-21.
#88 Dawson Knox | TE | Buffalo Bills
Hauled in five passes for 37 yards and two touchdowns as the Bills shutout the Texans, 40-0. Knox has scored four TDs on the season so far, the most in any season of his NFL career.
#75 Greg Little | OT | Miami Dolphins
Was listed as inactive in the Dolphins' matchup with the Colts.
#70 Bobby Massie | OT | Denver Broncos
Started and played all 61 snaps at right tackle as the Broncos fell to the Ravens, 23-7.
#14 D.K. Metcalf | WR | Seattle Seahawks
Caught four passes for 65 yards, including a 12-yard touchdown pass, in the 28-21 victory.
#33 A.J. Moore | S | Houston Texans
Made his return to the field, seeing time on special teams and tallying a tackle in the 40-0 loss to the Bills.
#38 C.J. Moore | S | Detroit Lions
Saw action on 15 snaps on special teams in the 24-14 loss to the Bears.
#8 Elijah Moore | WR | New York Jets
Was listed as inactive for the Jets' matchup with the Titans.
#70 Royce Newman | OL | Green Bay Packers
Started at right guard and played all 72 offensive snaps in the Packers' 27-17 win.
#92 Robert Nkemdiche | DL | Seattle Seahawks
Recorded one total stop in 21 snaps as a reserve defensive tackle in the Seahawks' 28-21 victory.
#27 Scottie Phillips | RB | Houston Texans
Was listed as inactive for the Texans' matchup with the Bills.
#78 Laremy Tunsil | OT | Houston Texans
