Women’s Cross Country No. 16, Men No. 22 in Week One USTFCCCA Poll

Rebels Run at Home This Friday (Sept. 16) for First Time Since 2017
NEW ORLEANS – Ole Miss women's cross country held at No. 16 and the Rebel men came in at No. 22 in the Week One edition of the USTFCCCA National Coaches Poll released on Tuesday afternoon.
This is the 37th time both Ole Miss squads have been ranked simultaneously, as well as the 13th time in a row dating back to the end of the 2020 season.
This is also the 13th straight appearance in the national poll for the Ole Miss women, who have now appeared in the USTFCCCA rankings 38 times in their history. Ole Miss has at least been receiving votes in 30 of the last 31 women's polls dating back to 2018 and 47 of the last 50 back to 2016.
Meanwhile, this is the 55th total appearance for the Rebel men and their 49th in a row dating back to the 2016 preseason. Additionally, Ole Miss has ranked in 55 of the last 58 men's polls going back to 2014 and have at least received votes in 58 of the last 60 also back to 2014.
Ole Miss opened the season with a pair of top-three team finishes at the Memphis Twilight on Sept. 3, led by freshman Sophie Baumann (third) for the Rebel women and sophomore Aiden Britt (fourth) for the men.
Ole Miss returns to host a home meet for the first time since 2017 when it welcomes in Florida for the SEC Preview meet, held at The Ole Miss Golf Course this Friday (Sept. 16) at 8 a.m. CT.
