Change in Walk of Champions/Fan Path from Grove
Due to the ongoing construction of Ole Miss' ground-breaking Duff Center for Science and Technology Innovation on All-American Drive, the walkway between Shoemaker Hall and Faser Hall will be closed for the 2023 football season. As a result, fans accustomed to using that path from The Grove to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium will need to plan an alternate way, while the Walk of Champions will also take a new route on gameday.

The team's amended route for 2023, instead of diverting after the Grove Pavilion, will continue diagonally through The Grove before turning right between the Thad Cochran Research Center and Coulter Hall. Then, the Walk will continue back down All-American Drive, through the Lloyd Bell Tower and into the stadium. Please be advised of the new route and that fans will not be able to cross over that path while the Walk of Champions is taking place.

Fan Conduct
The excitement of Saturday's win over LSU continued after the game as fans spilled onto the field following the final play. Please be advised of the SEC policy pertaining to fans entering the field of play while visiting student-athletes and coaches are present.

"As our program continues to experience big wins like Saturday, our fans should be more accustomed to those moments and avoid field storming situations," said Keith Carter, Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics. "There are fines involved, but more importantly, there are safety concerns that come with that. We have the most passionate fans in college athletics, but we must reserve the playing field for our student-athletes and coaches."

Carter also reminded fans that objects should never be thrown on the field, and violators will face consequences.

"Throwing of debris will not be tolerated," he said. "Addressing this issue starts with our students. While we are proud of their tremendous turnout and support of our team this season, individuals who are found to be throwing objects will be removed from the stadium and subject to ejection from future games.

"We are currently reviewing camera footage from Saturday and are exploring surveillance opportunities for future games so we can be as vigilant as possible to prevent this type of behavior from occurring again."
