NFL Rebels Update: Week 11

OXFORD, Miss. – Here at OleMissSports.com, we are proud to update Rebel fans on the status of our former players who lace up their cleats on Sundays in the NFL. The Ole Miss football program continues to shine in the professional league with 31 former Rebels on NFL rosters (practice squads included), including star wideouts A.J. Brown, D.K. Metcalf and Elijah Moore.
NFL rookies Malik Heath and Tavius Robinson both made their first big plays of their NFL careers this week with Heath catching his first reception in the Packers win over the Chargers while Robinson brought down his first sack in the Ravens win over the Bengals.
Overall, 20 alumni played for Week 11 of competition. Here's a rundown of how each NFL Rebel performed:

Appeared on 23 snaps for special teams against the Dolphins.
#64 Nick Broeker | OG | Houston Texans
Did not see any action in Week 11.
#11 A.J. Brown | WR | Philadelphia Eagles
Caught one reception for eight yards in the Eagles win over the Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
#21 Zach Evans | RB | Los Angeles Rams
Appeared on two snaps against the Seahawks.
#17 Evan Engram | TE | Jacksonville Jaguars
Caught four passes for 29 yards in the Jaguars win over the Titans. Has the second-most targets among all NFL tight ends this season with 74 and counting.
#24 AJ Finley | S | Los Angeles Chargers
Appeared on 11 special team snaps.
#43 DeMarquis Gates | LB | Chicago Bears
Saw action on 16 snaps on special teams against the Lions.
#98 Marquis Haynes Sr. | OLB | Carolina Panthers
Was listed as not active in Week 11 of competition.
#21 Mike Hilton | CB | Cincinnati Bengals
Brought down five tackles, four being solo, and a sack against the Ravens.

#14 D.K. Metcalf | WR | Seattle Seahawks
Hauled in five catches for 94 yards, including an eight-yard touchdown reception and a deep 53-yard catch to lead the Seahawks to a win over the Rams.
#15 Jonathan Mingo | WR | Carolina Panthers
Recorded one catch for six yards against the Cowboys.
#8 Elijah Moore | WR | Cleveland Browns
Led the team in receiving yards with six catches on seven targets for 60 yards to give the Browns a 13-10 win over the Steelers.
