Softball Unveils 2024 Schedule

OXFORD, Miss. – Just over two months until Ole Miss softball hits the diamond for opening weekend, head coach Jamie Trachsel and the Rebels unveiled their full 2024 schedule.
The 2024 slate features four non-conference tournaments followed by eight weekends of SEC play, six midweek contests and a non-conference series during their conference bye week.
First pitch of the 2024 season is set for February 8-11 in Honolulu, Hawaii, as the Rebels kick off the year at the Paradise Classic. They'll return from the Aloha State and hit the road for Kennesaw, Georgia, for a weekend tournament at Kennesaw State on February 16-18 and wrap up the month in Clemson, South Carolina, taking on a strong field at the Clemson Classic on February 23-25.
Fans will get their first chance to cheer on Ole Miss at home to open March when the Rebels host the annual Ole Miss Classic, followed by a midweek tune-up at Memphis before conference play kicks off.
The Rebels kick off SEC action at home with an in-state showdown against Mississippi State on March 8-10, followed by a road trip down to Thibodaux for a midweek at Nichols State and Baton Rouge to face off with LSU on March 15-17.
Ole Miss then returns to Oxford for back-to-back weekends of SEC action to close out the month of March. Georgia comes to town March 22-24 for a three-game series, and South Carolina visits the very next weekend, March 29-31.
April begins with a quick midweek against UT Martin before a road test in Tuscaloosa against Alabama the 5th through 7th, before a doubleheader at Louisiana Tech in Ruston on April 9 and a home midweek against Southern Miss in Oxford on April 10. For their bye week in the SEC, the Rebels play host to Western Kentucky on April 12-14.
The Rebels continue conference play April 19-21 with a weekend series against Texas A&M in Bryan-College Station. SEC softball returns to Oxford for the final time in 2024. Ole Miss squares off against Auburn at home on April 26-28 and then finishes out its conference slate in Fayetteville against Arkansas on May 3-5.
After league action wraps up, Auburn will host the 2024 SEC Tournament at Jane B. Moore Field in Auburn, Alabama, May 7-11. The Rebels then look to make another run in the NCAA Tournament for the eighth straight season.
