Women’s Tennis Lose to Texas A&M, 4-0

The Rebels Back in Action Sunday at LSU
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Ole Miss women's tennis lost 4-0 at No. 2 Texas A&M on Saturday.
Texas A&M (22-1, 10-0 SEC) had its way versus Ole Miss (9-9, 3-7 SEC), sweeping both singles and doubles without losing any sets. The Rebels fall to 2-5 on the road this season.
Ole Miss dropped the doubles point, losing at No. 1 and No. 2 singles. The Rebels' new doubles lineup did see some positives on Court Three with the doubles pairing of Ludmila Kareisova and Emma Kette. Teaming up for the first time, the two teammates were ahead 5-1 at the time of the doubles stoppage due to the Aggies clinching the point.
Texas A&M earned a wire-to-wire victory, winning all three singles matches. Ole miss fell at the first, second and third singles positions. Rachel Krzyzak, at No. 4 singles, fought to a second-set tiebreaker before the match was stopped.
The Rebels end their road regular-season schedule in Baton Rouge against LSU on Sunday, April 9, at 12 p.m. CT.
