Former Rebel Manager Joins Coaching Staff as GA
OXFORD, Miss. – After spending the past two seasons as a student manager, Kyler Holton has joined the Ole Miss coaching staff as a graduate assistant, head coach Jamie Trachsel announced Tuesday.
In two seasons as a student manager, Holton spent time working with the pitching staff and hitters. During games he helped the Rebel coaching staff chart pitches and track speeds. Holton also threw batting practice to the team, helping prepare them for SEC competition.
"There is just something special about this program, and I am beyond excited to continue to be a part of it," said Holton. "I can't wait to see what is yet to come. Hotty Toddy!"
