Sacking Sooners
As usual, this game is likely to be decided up front. Oklahoma is tied for No. 3 in the nation and second in the SEC with 25.0 sacks on the season. After this weekend, the Rebels will have faced each of the conference's best pass-rushing defenses. Ole Miss topped the league's sack leader, South Carolina, but fell to LSU, which is tied for third at 24.0 sacks per game. The Rebels offensive line is No. 11 in the conference with 17 sacks allowed this year.

Rebel Rush
If it isn't decided up front while Ole Miss is on offense, it could be decided there while Oklahoma has the ball. Ole Miss has been among those elite pass-rushing defenses in the SEC, tying the Tigers for third in the conference and No. 7 nationally at 24.0 sacks per game. The Sooner offensive line has struggled to protect the quarterback, slotting No. 15 in the SEC and No. 133 out of 134 nationally with 29.0 sacks allowed on the season.

Time for Change
Oklahoma has struggled offensively early in the season, ranking last in the SEC and No. 128 nationally with just 288.1 yards of total offense per game, labeled an "abomination" by head coach Brent Venables. The Sooners parted ways with offensive coordinator Seth Littrell, and now former Rebel tight ends coach Joe Jon Finley will call plays. The Sooners also have gone back to quarterback Jackson Arnold after a difficult start. After all the changes, will they finally find their rhythm this week?

All Four Quarters
Ole Miss has led nearly every minute it has played on the field this season. The Rebels have been in the lead for 386:47 of game time, have been tied for 18:44 and have trailed just 14:29. Nonetheless, they have two close defeats on their record. Can Ole Miss avoid letting a lead slip away once again?

Good Bye
It's no secret the Rebels have been banged-up the last few weeks of competition. The nation's leading receiver in Tre Harris has been in and out and is still questionable for this week, while other key players, including Princely Umanmielen, JJ Pegues and Henry Parrish Jr., have been fighting through injury. Will the Rebels be refreshed or rusty after the week off?
