Soccer Downed by Texas A&M On Senior Night

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss Soccer (5-9-0, 0-5-0 SEC) suffered their sixth-straight loss Friday night as Texas A&M (8-5-0, 3-2-0 SEC) came away with a 4-1 win.
The Rebels took 15 shots, placing five on goal, but could not get anything to break through. Shu Ohba made seven saves, giving her four-straight games with six or more stops.
The Aggies scored two goals in each half, getting on the board first in the 26th minute and again in the 32nd minute. They would add on in the second half, scoring a third time in the 55th minute and once again in the 81st minute.
Katie Ramsden scored her first collegiate goal in the 85th minute off a free kick from just outside the top of the box. She kicked it up and over the wall of defenders and the goalkeeper into the top right of the goal.
Ole Miss will be on the road next week in Columbia, Missouri against the Tigers.
