Ole Miss Football: 2024 Gameday Enhancements and Adjustments
8/22/2024 | Football
OXFORD, Miss. – Anticipation has never been greater for the start of an Ole Miss football season. Vaught-Hemingway Stadium sold out of season tickets in May as Rebel fans flocked to secure their seats to see the No. 6 team in the preseason rankings.
While Lane Kiffin and the Rebels have been preparing for another historic run, we’ve been preparing for another spectacular season with Rebel fans in The Grove and at the Vaught. Scroll on to see what’s new on gameday in Oxford for the 2024 college football season. For full updated stadium policies and gameday information, visit OleMissGameday.com.
Limited Single-Game Tickets Available
Limited quantities of single-game tickets for matchups against Furman, Middle Tennessee, Georgia Southern and Mississippi State still remain. Head to OleMissTix.com today to lock in your seats for one of the best shows in college football.
Walk of Champions Returns to Original Route
With construction completed on the University of Mississippi’s state-of-the-art Jim and Thomas Duff Center for Science and Technology Innovation, the team’s pregame walk through The Grove and into the stadium, The Walk of Champions, presented by Mid South Ford Dealers, will return to its original route running alongside the newly completed facility. See the map below for details.

Student Section Updates
Due to the record demand for tickets, and the third-consecutive largest freshman class in university history, the student section/north end zone will now be enclosed and available exclusively to Ole Miss students, allowing more students the opportunity to experience Rebel football games while protecting the area from others.
North gates (Gates 1-6) will be reserved for Ole Miss student entry only, and non-student ticket holders will not be able to enter or pass through the student section. To secure the area, gates have been installed on the interior of the concourse at the perimeters of the student section. Individuals with Ole Miss student tickets will not be able to exit the section into other parts of the stadium, and student ticket holders will also not be able to enter the stadium through non-student gates.
The remaining few student tickets will be on sale Friday (Aug. 23) at 2 p.m. at Students.OleMissTix.com.
Concessions Enhancements
Food and beverage options have been enhanced throughout the stadium but particularly in the student section. A large grab-and-go beverage location has been installed at Section N4, and Grove Burger has been added in N8. The grab-and-go tunnel has also been relocated to section N10.
In addition, G&G Fry and Hotbox Hibachi food trucks can now be found by Gate 16. A High Noon beverage grab-and-go location has been added in section Q. A new Coors Banquet Deck with beverages and pretzels will be located in Section G. A Duke’s stand featuring pulled chicken nachos with queso blanco and Duke’s Mississippi Comeback Sauce can now be found in S7. Finally, more Chick-fil-A locations have been added throughout the stadium.

Parking Shuttle Updates
On-campus shuttle pickup and dropoff operations have been combined to increase efficiency for fans in the NWCC, SOC and OHS lots on gameday. There is no shuttle service to and from Insight Park. Fans are encouraged to download the CLUTCH! Parking app and purchase parking prior to arriving on gameday. Shuttle service begins at least five hours prior to kick.

Atmosphere Enhancements
Additional fireworks have been installed on the south endzone rooftop and at field level for night games. Fans can enjoy fireworks shows during third-quarter breaks of games vs. Furman and Georgia Southern. Subwoofers have been installed on the sidelines and team tunnel lighting has been enhanced for improved team entrance and sideline audio experiences.
Coca-Cola FanFest Events
Numerous special events and national tours will stop at the Coca-Cola FanFest outside of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, including Coca-Cola, Honey Baked Ham, Gin & Juice, Kingsford and Jack Links. Check back at OleMissSports.com to our weekly game previews to see what’s new at FanFest each week.
