Three Players to Watch: Ole Miss
- Jaxson Dart – Jaxson Dart has already eclipsed 1,000 yards passing this season. The Heisman Trophy campaign continues this weekend.
- Suntarine Perkins – Suntarine Perkins had a strong outing at Wake Forest, notching a sack and an interception. Look for the star sophomore to break out against the Eagles.
- Tre Harris – Tre Harris is fourth in the nation and first in the SEC with 436 receiving yards, but he's been held out of the end zone the last two weeks. Tre is due for a TD.
- JC French – Don't come to The Vaught this weekend expecting the Georgia Southern rush-heavy offense we saw in 2016—the Eagles sling it now. The redshirt sophomore French has thrown for 776 yards and six TDs with no INTs through three games.
- Tyler Fromm – So far this season, 14 different players have caught a pass for the Eagle offense. Rebel fans might remember tight end Tyler Fromm, an Auburn transfer who caught notched a 31-yard reception against the Rebels in 2021.
- Marques Watson-Trent – Georgia Southern's tackle leader with 28 on the season, Watson-Trent has also forced a fumble and notched one QB hurry on the year.
