Schlagenhauf Caps Off Successful Appearance at ITA All-Americans

TULSA, Okla. - Ole Miss men's tennis' Noah Schlagenhauf finished his excellent outing at the ITA-All American Championships on Tuesday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
Over his four days in Tulsa, Schlagenhauf added four singles wins to the books and stayed undefeated through pre-qualifying rounds. The junior is now an impressive 7-1 on the season and will look to add to his record during the remainder of the fall season.
On Monday, Schlagenhuaf competed against Princeton's Landon Ardilia in the qualifying opening round. The junior continued to dominate and defeated Ardilia in straight sets, 7-6 (6), 6-0, for an opportunity to compete in the qualifying round at the ITA-All American Championships.
Schlagenhauf moved on to play NC State's Luca Staeheli for a chance to advance to the main draw. The Nuertingen, Germany native fought hard but ultimately fell, 6-4, 6-1 which ended his time in Tulsa.
Next up in Ole Miss' fall schedule, select Rebels will travel north to Ann Arbor, Michigan to compete at an ITF Future, running September 30-October 6.
