Soccer Closes Out Home Action Against LSU Thursday

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss Soccer will play its final home game of the regular season this Thursday against LSU. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT with Mike Watts (pxp) and Jill Loyden (analyst) on the call for SEC Network.

WEAR POWDER
Fans are encouraged to wear powder to Thursday's home finale. Students can take in the action from the brand-new berm seating area behind the northwest goal. Right field rules apply (no glass is permitted). Students and the public who choose to engage must enter through the northwest gate next to the Gillom Center. Fans wishing to sit on the berm area but do not bring a chair or cooler may enter through the main gate.

LAST TIME OUT
Ole Miss picked up its second league point in a 1-1 draw against Kentucky this past Friday in Oxford. The Rebels would strike first off, the foot of Mila Erceg with a goal in the 40th minute. It marked Erceg's first collegiate goal. Kentucky remained patient offensively and capitalized on a golden opportunity in the 56th minute. Catherine Rapp was able to draw a foul inside the box awarding a penalty attempt to the Wildcats. Anna Sikorski would convert the PK try tying things at one. Each side had chances throughout the second half but were unable to find the game winner. Sidney O'Billovich made eight saves between the posts giving her an SEC best 50 stops for the season.

WHAT'S ON FILM
LSU (8-5-2, 3-2-2 SEC) enters off a 4-1 win against Texas A&M this past Friday. Ava Galligan leads LSU in goals with six. Sariyah Bailey leads the Tigers in passing with five assists. Sian Hudson is in her ninth season coaching college soccer and her sixth at LSU. She's tallied a 54-42-20 record during her time in Baton Rouge.

A LEADER IN GOAL
Senior Sidney O'Billovich leads the Southeastern Conference with 50 saves on the season. She also leads in saves per match averaging five a contest. O'Billovich tallied eight saves in the draw against Kentucky and tied a career-high with 11 stops in the SEC opener against Auburn. The Portland, Oregon native has started 10 games for the Rebels and earned SEC Defensive Player of the Week honors back on Sept. 15. O'Billovich is one of seven players to start double-digit games this season.

13 IS CRAFTY
Sophomore Katie Ramsden showed promise last season for Ole Miss and is delivering in year two for the Rebels. The Leeds, England native leads Ole Miss in goals, assists and points. She tallied her third PK goal in the match at Arkansas and is 3-of-3 this season on penalty attempts. Earlier this year she became the first Rebel since Channing Foster in 2019 to score in three consecutive matches.

TOUGH, TALENTED AND GRITTY
Freshman Brooklyn Marn has emerged as a rising star for the Rebels during her freshman campaign. The Olathe, Kansas product is second in goals and points this season for Ole Miss. Marn scored in the season opener against Memphis and tallied her first career game winning goal in the match against Louisiana.

THE BLINCOE FILE
Tate Blincoe has been impactful since she stepped on campus in the fall of 2024. The Bardstown, Kentucky native started all 19 games her freshman year and led the team in minutes played.

In year two, Blincoe continues to hold down the fort along the Ole Miss back line but has also flashed her skillset on the offensive end. She tallied her first collegiate goal in the win over UT Martin and collected an assist in the match against No. 21 Georgia. Blincoe is one of three Rebels to start every game this season.
 
A NEW CHAPTER
The Ole Miss Soccer Stadium underwent a 3.75-million-dollar renovation this summer which included a new playing surface, new practice area, 9000sqft turf area, new video board, new audio system, a berm seating area on the north end and new team shelters.

Since the complex was christened on Sept. 28, 1997, in a regionally televised game against Alabama, the Rebels have been victorious in nearly 62 percent of their home matches, posting an impressive 172-74-33 mark through 2024.
 
NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK
Coach Rouse and the Ole Miss staff signed 10 freshmen in the 2025 class, building a unit that brings speed and versatility to the pitch.

Katie Lakin was a Top 100 Prep Soccer player in the state of California and led Bay Area Surf to a NorCal conference championship in 2023. Brooklyn Marn tallied 40 goals, 31 assists and was a two-time All-State First Team honoree at St. Thomas Aquinas. Bella Gray lettered all four years at Ogden high school and was a 2023 First Team All-State selection.

Timéa Thorel is one of three international players on this year's roster hailing from Clamart, France. Bekah Allen scored 45 goals and dished 43 assists in four seasons at Clarksville high school. Ava Clonce is one of three players from the state of California and played alongside teammate Sarah Granno at Woodcreek high school.

Landri Allee, a native of Stillwater, Oklahoma, was named Offensive MVP three consecutive seasons at Stillwater high school. Sydney Torres was a four-time State Premier League Champion and a two-time Utah State Champion. Cassidy Kuehne rounds out the freshman class and comes to Oxford after guiding Chamblee high school to a 5A Region Championship in 2024.
