Court Report: Road Sweep for WBB

OXFORD, Miss. – Welcome to the court report, your weekly digest of Ole Miss men's and women's basketball from the Sandy & John Black Pavilion.
Women's hoops swept its week of SEC action with two road wins, including a dominant ranked victory over No. 23 Vanderbilt on Sunday. The men opened their week with a home triumph over Texas before falling short of an upset bid against No. 1 Auburn on Saturday.

Performance of the Week
Madison Scott, Sira Thienou and Kennedy Todd-Williams have all erupted for monster games for Yolett McPhee-McCuin this season, and now we can add Starr Jacobs to that list. Jacobs dominated Vanderbilt with 24 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Rebels to a 76-61 win in Nashville. Check out here highlights below.
Player of the Week: WBB
Madison Scott was critical to both of the women's wins this week. She added 16 points and six boards to Scott's tremendous outing vs. Vandy. That's after she led Ole Miss with 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists in the 63-58 midweek win at Georgia. Scott has scored 16-plus in four straight games, dating back to her 30-point outburst at Mississippi State.
Player of the Week: MBB
Sean Pedulla led men's hoops in scoring both times out last week, first dropping 19 with four assists and four rebounds as Ole Miss topped Texas, 72-69. The star senior brought his best once again against No. 1 Auburn, ripping the Tigers for 29 points, five rebounds and four assists, hitting shot after shot to keep the Rebels in striking distance, though the top-ranked Tigers outlasted the upset bid.
