Relive Michael La Sasso’s and Caitlyn Macnab’s Week at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss’ Michael La Sasso and Caitlyn Macnab concluded play at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup this past Saturday at Congaree Golf Club in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
Team International defeated Team USA 35-25 for their first Palmer Cup victory since 2022 and first on United States soil since 2020. The United States now leads the Palmer Cup series 15-13-1.
Macnab picked up a point for the International side during the first half of day two foursomes. Alongside her partner, Maria Jose Marin of the University of Arkansas, the duo came away with a 4&2 victory over M.K. Mulcahy and Farah O’Keefe of Team USA.

La Sasso picked up 1.5 points for Team USA including one on the final day of singles play, defeating Ross Laird on the International side 6&5. La Sasso managed to get 6UP through eight holes and remained there until the match was decided at the 13th.
The highlight of the week came on Friday when Michael and his 13-year-old caddie Charlie shared a stroll down Congaree Golf Club. The tandem shared laughs and got to chat all things golf throughout the week.
