Soccer Falls in SEC Road Opener at No. 15 South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Ole Miss Soccer team dropped its SEC road opener at No. 15 South Carolina 4-0 Thursday night in Columbia.
The Gamecocks found the scoring column early off the foot of Katie Shea Collins in the second minute. Collins found the back of the net again in the third and capped off a hat trick in the 38th minute.
South Carolina would find their fourth goal in the 51st.
The Rebels were shutout for the first time this season.
Ole Miss (4-2-1, 0-1-1 SEC) returns home and will take on No. 21 Georgia (6-2-2, 2-0-0 SEC) Sunday. Kickoff in Oxford is set for 1 p.m. CT with Kylen Mills (pxp) and Kacey White (analyst) on the call for SEC Network.
