Linton, Till Named to D1Softball D100 Freshman Watch List
1/5/2026 | Softball
OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss softball freshmen Addi Linton and Kaidance Till have been selected to D1Softball's D100 Freshman Watch List, as announced on Monday.
A high school All-American and a nominee for Tennessee's Gatorade Player of the Year, Linton brings dynamic playmaking ability at the plate and in the circle, where she shined as a two-way player.
Linton helped lead Eagleville High School to two state titles in softball, good for the school's first of any kind in any sport in over 100 years. Linton is also a three-time player of the year, All-State, All-Area and All-District honoree.
Till brings a decorated high school pedigree to Ole Miss, after hitting well over .500 in her cumulative high school career at Metamora Township High School, including a sizzling .648 batting average, 17 home runs and 40 RBI as a senior.
Additionally, Till earned first team 3A All-State, All-Area and All-Conference honors each season of her career in the infield.
The Rebels are set to open the regular season on Feb. 5 in a doubleheader at Cal State Fullerton to kick off the season-opening Easton Classic.
