FRANKLIN, Tenn. –Tom Fischer delivered another stellar round Sunday at the Mason Rudolph Championship, a bogey-free 5-under 66 to finish 10-under for the tournament. Fischer finished in second place, two strokes behind Auburn's Jackson Koivun.
The No. 14/13 Ole Miss men's golf team had their low round of the weekend, posting (278, -6). The Rebels finished in fourth place at 1-over-par.
The round of 5-under marked a season best for Fischer as he shined again with his second bogey-free performance in the last three rounds. The senior was a scrambling machine all round, posting 3-under over his first nine that included two chip-ins for birdie.
Fischer got to 9-under as he and Koivun were tied as Fischer stepped to the 16th tee. At the par-5 18th, Fischer delivered a blistered hybrid that set up a 15-foot eagle opportunity. He would settle for birdie at the last to cap off the 10-under weekend.
Koivun, who began his round an hour after Fischer was 9-under through 13 and birdied three of his final five holes to take the title outright at 12-under.
Cohen Trolio had a solid Easter Sunday shooting 3-under 68 in his final round. Cameron Tankersley finished at even par for the day, good for a T18 finish.
The fourth-place finish marks the seventh top five finish for Ole Miss this season. Dating back to the 2025 tournament, Tom Fischer has carded six straight rounds in red figures at the Mason Rudolph Championship.
The Rebels will close out regular season action April 13-14, at the Mossy Oak Collegiate. Mossy Oak Golf Club will be the site with Mississippi State to serve as the host.
