Lee Wilbanks is in his second season as Assistant Athletics Director for Player Personnel after spending three years as a member of the Rebel recruiting staff.


Before coming to Oxford, Wilbanks was the wide receivers coach at Hinds Community College from 2011-13, where he coached several receivers to MACJC All-State status.

Wilbanks served as secondary coach and recruiting coordinator at Lambuth University from 2008-09, where he helped lead the Eagles to back-to-back conference titles and an undefeated regular season in 2009.

Other previous stops include North Carolina A&T (assistant coach, 2007), Ole Miss (intern, 2006), Murray State (graduate assistant, 2004-06).

Wilbanks received a bachelor of business administration, with an emphasis in marketing, from Ole Miss in 2004. He and his wife, Caroline, welcomed daughter Callie last fall.
