INDOOR: Turned in a season-best mile time of 4:22.02 at the Auburn Invitational … ran to an 18th-place finish in the 5000m (15:24.44) at the Vanderbilt Invitational.2014:
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 58th at the SEC Championship (8K time of 25:56.81) as Ole Miss was the SEC runner-up for just the second time in cross country program history ... placed 58th at the Greater Louisville Classic (8K time of 25:10.57) to help the team to a runner-up finish ... helped Ole Miss to a third-place team finish at the Commodore Classic with a 15th-place individual effort (25:17.94).
OUTDOOR: Posted two victories in the 5,000 meters -- at the LSU Invitational (15:08.80) and the MC Twilight Invitational (15:23.77) ... clocked a season-best 15:06.65 in the 5,000 at the Red Wolves Open.
INDOOR: Competed in two meets, running a personal-best 15:04.84 in the 5,000 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (10th-best in school history) and a personal-best 8:48.34 in the 3,000 at the Auburn Invitational.

CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets, finishing top three on the team in every race ... placed 46th overall at the NCAA South Region Championship (10K time of 31:14.94) ... finished 39th at the SEC Championship (8K time of 25:06.67) ... finished 29th in the "white race" at the Pre-National Invitational (8K time of 25:38.41) ... led the team and placed 50th overall at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (8K time of 24:54.4) ... led the team and placed 24th overall at the Commodore Classic (8K time of 25:39.06) ... led the team and finished fourth overall at the Brooks Memphis Twilight Classic (4-mile time of 21:35.76).
