Brad Creamer enters his sixth season as an assistant coach for the Ole Miss Rebels volleyball program in 2026. Creamer was promoted to associate head coach on March 10, 2026.

Creamer helped guide an offense that saw several breakout performers in 2025. Under Creamer, Gabi Placide earned AVCA All-South Region Honorable Mention honors, tallying a team-high 488 kills and 34 service aces, while adding 69.0 total blocks. Placide’s 488 kills rank second all-time in the rally scoring era at Ole Miss, behind only Emily Stroup in 2018. Mokihana Tufono also recorded another standout season at setter, tallying 1,135 assists, and ended her two year stint in Oxford as one of the program’s all-time best, tallying 2,308 assists, which ranks fifth in the rally scoring era and ninth all-time in program history. Additionally, Creamer guided several young players in their first collegiate action. Redshirt freshman Melia Johnson showed flashes of brilliance coming off her injury, recording four performances of over .300 on at least 25 attempts, headlined by a 21-kill, .432 hitting performance at LSU on November 2. Freshman middle blocker Keirstyn Carlton blossomed on the offensive end, leading the team with a .387 hitting percentage, while fellow freshman Carly Paugh was guided through multiple different roles on the way to 108 kills and 43.0 blocks.

Guided by Creamer, the 2024 offense continued to shine and delivered record-setting production en route to the program's first NCAA Tournament victory. Nia Washington recorded 445 kills, good for a career-high and the most by any Rebel since 2019, en route to AVCA All-American Honorable Mention honors. Washington tallied two, 30-kill performances, including a 32-kill explosion against Mississippi State to match the program's rally scoring record and was just one shy of the overall record set in 1989. Four players recorded 200 or more kills, including additional career-highs by Shayla Meyer (303 kills) and first-year Rebel Emma Ammerman (201 kills). The blocking duo of Sasha Ratliff and Payton Brgoch wrapped up their highly productive careers with .346 and .341 hitting percentages, respectively. Ratliff finished as the program's all-time leader in hitting percentage, with a career clip of .346, in a tenure largely overseen by Creamer. Brgoch finished close behind Ratliff in fourth place at .328. First-year transfer setter Mokihana Tufono also had a huge season under Creamer, recording the fourth-most assists in the rally scoring era (1,173) and ranking second in the SEC.

Under Creamer in 2023, the Ole Miss offense saw seven Rebels finish the season with over 100 kills, including four with over 200. He helped fifth-year senior Anna Bair wrap up her collegiate career as one of the top attackers in program history as she finished with the fifth most kills (1,399) by any player to ever wear an Ole Miss uniform. Creamer also guided Julia Dyess to a breakout junior season. The Brandon, Mississippi, native had her best statistical season, leading the Rebels in kills (176) in SEC play. She averaged 2.41 kills and 2.81 points per set while recording at least 10 kills in nine matches. Further, she was the only Rebel to post a 20-kill contest, finishing with a career-high 22 kills in a victory over LSU. Creamer’s offensive game planning help Ole Miss’ middle blockers thrive. Sasha Ratliff and Payton Brgoch ranked inside the top five in hitting percentage in the SEC, and the duo each racked up over 200 kills on the season.

Working primarily as the offensive coordinator in 2022, Creamer led the Rebels to a .247 attacking percentage on the season. Under his guidance, Ole Miss ran one of the SEC’s top offenses, ranking third in the conference in assists per set (12.32) and kills per set (13.59). He also helped freshman setter Aly Borellis earn All-SEC Freshman team honors in her first season in Oxford. Borellis ranked 14^th nationally with 9.40 assists per set, tallying 931 on the year.

With the offense, he helped Anna Bair and Sasha Ratliff become two of the conference’s top weapons. Bair eclipsed the 1,000 career kill mark with 344 on the season, ranking 13^th in the SEC with 3.37 per set. Ratliff posted the second-most kills out of the middle blocker position while hitting at the fifth-best percentage in the conference with a .343 clip. The duo was recognized with AVCA South All-Region honors for the second consecutive year.

In his first year with the Rebels as a Volunteer Assistant Coach in 2021, Creamer was part of the best turnaround in Division I Volleyball. Creamer helped Ole Miss improve from 1-19 in 2020-21 to 21-9 in 2021, a 65 percent increase in winning percentage. He assisted in the Rebels’ return to the Big Dance, helping Ole Miss go 8-3 through its final 11 games to earn an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Under Creamer, the Rebels broke multiple program records, including total team blocks in a season (479), total team block assists (427) and team attacking percentage (.255). He also helped three Rebels earn ACVA South All-Region honors and a pair take home All-SEC accolades.

Creamer joined the staff at Ole Miss after finishing a career at George Mason University. Over the course of his five years, he garnered multiple accolades, including being tabbed as a 2021 AVCA All-American in his redshirt senior season, 2021 Off the Block National Player of the Month, 2021 Off the Block National Player of the Year Finalist and 2021 All-EIVA Second Team selection.

During his career, Creamer assisted the Patriots in a program-best record and longest winning streak, including multiple trips to the EIVA Tournament. Creamer concluded his career, leading the Patriots during the 2021 season with 54 total blocks while achieving a team-high season attacking efficiency of .488.

In addition to his playing career, Creamer has spent the past four years coaching youth volleyball in the Fairfax/DC area.
