OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss head coach David Cutcliffe announced Thursday that starting offensive guard Keydrick Vincent will miss Saturday's game with Tulane after undergoing Arthroscopic surgery on his left knee Thursday morning.

Vincent, a 6-5, 350 pound junior from Bartow, Fla., had started all five games at right guard this season.

"The Arthroscopic surgery on Keydrick's left knee to surgically repair an injury to the undersurface of the patella was successful," athletic trainer Tim Mullins said. "He is definitely out for the Tulane game and questionable for the Alabama game."

"Keydrick has really been playing well," Cutcliffe added. "I thought he played his best game of the year last week at South Carolina.

"We feel like this surgery has corrected the problem and that Keydrick will rejoin us on the field as soon as possible. At this point, however, we really don't have a time frame as to when he'll be ready to play again."
