Men's Golf Finishes in 10th at SEC Championships

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Rebel junior Jon Bartlett fired a three-over par 75 and finished 11th to lead the Ole Miss men's golf team to a 10th-place finish at the Southeastern Conference Championships on Sunday.
The Rebels placed 10th with a three-round score of 947. Ole Miss carded a 309 in Sunday's final round. Florida won the SEC team title with a total of 901, with Georgia finishing second with a three-day score of 908.
Bartlett was the Rebels' highest finisher at 11th. He carded a 77-77-76--230 for the tournament. Sophomore Troy Muller placed in a tie for 31st with a three-day score of 84-77-75=236. Muller's 75 the lowest score among the Rebel golfers in Sunday's final round.
Senior Haymes Snedeker placed in a tied for 35th with a total of 80-80-79=239, while junior Chris Malloy tied for 46th with a score of 85-78-80=243. Sophomore Phil Caravia finished in a tie for 53rd with a total of 90-81-79=250.
Florida's Camilo Benedetti won the SEC individual title with a three-round score of 218.
