OXFORD, Miss. - Saturday's Ole Miss-LSU baseball game has been pushed back from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. due to Ole Miss graduation ceremonies to be held earlier in the day.

The Rebels and Tigers open a three-game series Friday at 7 p.m. at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field. The series is the final one of the year for both Ole Miss and LSU.

Ole Miss enters the final weekend trailing Arkansas by just a half-game for the final wild card spot to the Southeastern Conference Tournament to be held May 13-17 in Birmingham, Ala. The Rebels stand 11-14 in the SEC after their two-game sweep of Georgia in a two-game weather abbreviated series over the weekend in Athens.

Arkansas is 11-13 after winning Sunday's game against Florida in Fayetteville, Ark. The Rebels had moved past the Razorbacks and into the final wild card spot after Saturday's game. However, Sunday's rain out coupled by Arkansas' win moved the Razorbacks back ahead of Ole Miss. The Rebels will now need to win one more game than Arkansas over the weekend to secure the final at-large spot. The other possible scenario for the Rebels to get into the tournament would be for Ole Miss to sweep LSU and then have Arkansas sweep Mississippi State. The Razorbacks and Bulldogs open a three-game series Friday night in Starkville.

Tickets are still available for this weekend's series with LSU. However, fans are encouraged to get tickets as early as possible. Fans may order tickets by calling the ticket office at 232-7167 or 232-7168 in the Oxford-area, and by using the in-state toll free number at 1-888-732-8587. Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $1 for high school students are younger.
