OXFORD, Miss. ? Ole Miss head football coach David Cutcliffe was pleased with the Rebels' focus in Wednesday's practice with the season opener against Memphis only three days away.
"I thought our concentration level increased on both sides of the ball," Cutcliffe said. "We are pleased with the intensity and I think we accomplished a lot. Hopefully we can follow this up with the same kind of practice tomorrow as we get closer to kickoff."
Cutcliffe added that he was particularly pleased with the quarterbacks in Wednesday's practice.
"We were much more consistent in throwing the ball," Cutcliffe said. "Today was the best we've thrown the ball in awhile. We worked on a lot of game situations and they did a good job handling that."
