Ole Miss Cross Country To Run In Arkansas State Invitational

JONESBORO, Ark.--After taking second and third at the Southern Miss Invitational, the Ole Miss cross country teams will travel to Jonesboro, Ark. to compete in the Arkansas State Invitational on Saturday.
The Rebels are continuing to improve, after good finishes at both meets earlier this season.
"The teams have run really well so far this season," said Ole Miss head coach Joe Walker. "We are hoping to continue to improve as we approach the SEC Championships next month."
A duo of sophomores finished sixth last week to lead the Rebels individually. Tyler Simon led the men to a second place team finish, while Lauren Beaulieu led the women to a third place finish.
Both teams moved up a spot from the previous week's results. In the Plough Park Invitational, the men finished third, while the women finished fourth.
