Baseball To Scrimmage This Weekend

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss will hold its first two intra-squad scrimmages of the fall this weekend at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field.
The Rebels will scrimmage at 1:00 p.m., both Saturday and Sunday. The public is welcome to attend.
Ole Miss is concluding its first of five weeks of fall drills under new head coach Mike Bianco. Bianco was hired as the Rebels' new skipper on June 7 after three seasons as the head coach at McNeese State. In his three seasons with the Cowboys, Bianco compiled a 100-71 record, and led McNeese State to an appearance in the 2000 NCAA Regionals.
The Rebels have 19 players returning from last year's team that finished 30-25. The 30-win season was the Ole Miss' third straight with at least 30 victories.
