OXFORD, Miss. - The 15th ranked Ole Miss baseball team will start a six-game home stand Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field, when the Rebels host Arkansas State in non-conference action. The game can be heard throughout northwest Mississippi on WTNM Supertalk Mississippi 105.5 FM and over the internet at www.OleMissSports.com.

The Rebels completed a season-long seven-game road trip with a 6-3 loss Sunday at LSU, finishing the swing with a 3-4 mark. Ole Miss brings a 27-12-1 overall record into Wednesday evening's contest.

Junior left-hander Mike Gray is scheduled to start on the mound for the Rebels. Gray is 2-1 this season with a 5.92 ERA.

Arkansas State enters Wednesday's game having won five of its last seven. The Indians, 16-23, took 2-of-3 this past weekend from Louisiana Tech in a three-game Sun Belt Conference series in Jonesboro, Ark., a week after winning 2-of-3 from UL-Lafayette, a participant in last year's College World Series.

The Indians have not yet named a starting pitcher for Wednesday.

Following the game, Ole Miss will return to Southeastern Conference action Friday night when the Rebels open a three-game series with Florida. Game time is 6:30 p.m., at Oxford-University Stadium/Swayze Field. Ole Miss is 11-7 in conference play, tied with Mississippi State for second place in the SEC Western Division. The Rebels trail LSU by one-game for the SEC West and overall conference lead.
