The Ole Miss women's basketball team led by as many as 19 in the second half and went on to post a 75-65 win over Simon Fraser University Thursday night to improve to 4-0 on their six-game tour of Canada.

Despite the physcial and experienced post play of two SFU alumni with pro experience, the Lady Rebels held on to beat them for the second time in two days on 48 percent shooting (24-of-49), including 7-of-16 from deep range. Free throw shooting was a big factor again, as Ole Miss sank 18-of-22 from the charity stripe.

Sherika Wright continued her stellar play this trip, scoring 14 points and dishing out 7 assists. Wright has scored in double digits in all four games. Von Kirk and Tywanna Inmon both added 12 points, hitting four and two three-pointers respectively.

"It was a great learning experience for our team, especially the post players," head coach Ron Aldy said. "We are pleased to be 4-0 on our tour. After playing four of the last five days, we welcome the open date Friday."

The Lady Rebels will take a ferry to Vancouver Island where they will conclude their 10-day tour of Canada with a stop in Victoria. Ole Miss will face the Victoria All-Stars Saturday and Sunday. The team will also enjoy one of Canada's best museums, the Royal BC Museum and a Victorian castle.
