JONESBORO, Ark. - Tuesday's scheduled college baseball game between No. 9 Ole Miss (34-11) and Arkansas State (19-25) has been postponed due to severe thunderstorms in the Jonesboro area. The game will be made up on Monday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m., in Jonesboro, giving the Rebels a stretch of five games in five days.
Ole Miss will begin the five-day stretch with a three-game Southeastern Conference series at home against Arkansas, starting Friday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m., and will conclude with a 6:30 p.m., non-conference game versus McNeese State in Oxford on Tuesday, May 14. The McNeese State contest was scheduled as a make-up game for the Rebels' March 12 game at Louisiana-Monroe that was canceled due to inclement weather.
Ole Miss' next game will be Friday at No. 4 South Carolina (34-10) in the opener of a three-game SEC series. Game time is set for 6 p.m., at Sarge-Frye Field.
