- The 15-yard TD pass to Mario Hill in the second quarter was the 75th TD pass of his career.
- Manning has now thrown at least one TD pass in 30-of-34 career starts.
- Moved past Shane Matthews, Florida (1989-1992) and Tim Couch, Kentucky (1996-1998) for fifth place on the SEC's career list for touchdown passes with 75.

- Auburn's 10-7 lead in the first quarter marked the first time in 252 minutes and 34 seconds that the Rebels have trailed in a game since the fourth quarter of the Florida game on Oct. 4.
- This afternoon's win gives Ole Miss its first 6-0 start in the SEC since 1962, when Ole Miss finished 6-0 in conference play.
- This afternoon's win extends the Rebels' win streak to six games, their longest since 1990.
- Ole Miss is now 8-2 on the year to mark the first time since 1992 that Ole Miss has won eight games in the regular-season.

OFFENSIVE NOTES
- Ole Miss has now scored on its opening possession in eight straight games The Rebels went 43 yards in five plays, resulting in a two-yard TD pass from Eli Manning to Chris Collins, after Collins returned the opening kickoff 50 yards.
- Collins caught three passes to extend his streak to 32 straight games with at least one reception, the second longest known streak in school history behind Willie Green's 37-game streak.
- Junior WR Kerry Johnson extended his reception streak to 14 consecutive games with one catch this afternoon.
- Junior WR Bill Flowers moved into 10th place on the Ole Miss career list for receiving yards with 1,340.
- Junior FB Lorenzo Townsend's 49-yard reception in the fourth quarter was his longest of the season.

COLLINS SETS SEASON RECEPTION RECORD: With the three receptions this afternoon, senior WR Chris Collins set a new Ole Miss standard for receptions in a season. Collins now has 58 receptions this season to eclipse the previous mark of 56 set by LeMay Thomas in 1995.
DEFENSIVE NOTES
- Auburn's touchdown on its opening possession marked only the second time in 10 games that Ole Miss has allowed an opponent to score on its first offensive series. Memphis also scored on its first series against the Rebels back on Sept. 6 when the Tigers took advantage of a turnover to go 26 yards in three plays for a touchdown.
- True freshman DB Charles Clark registered his first career sack in the second quarter.
- Ole Miss has now recorded at least one sack in 26 straight games and in 43 of the last 44 contests.
SPECIAL TEAMS NOTES
- Senior Chris Collins' 50-yard kickoff return to start the game was a career long and the longest by a Rebel this season. Collins' previous career long was a 37-yarder versus UNLV during his true freshman season in 2000.
- Cody Ridgeway extended his streak to six consecutive games with at least one punt of 50 yards when he hit a 55-yard kick on his first attempt of the afternoon.
- Junior PK Jonathan Nichols made all three of his PAT attempts to extend his streak to 88 consecutive PATs made.
NICHOLS BECOMES OLE MISS CAREER SCORING LEADER; TIES FIELD GOAL MARK: Junior PK Jonathan Nichols became the Ole Miss career scoring leader on a 42-yard field goal with 14:40 left in the fourth quarter. The field goal gave Nichols 248 career points to break Deuce McAllister's (1997-2000) record of 246. The field goal was also the 41st of Nichols' career to tie the Ole Miss record set by Brian Lee (1989-1992).
AUBURN POSTGAME NOTES
TEAM NOTES
- Auburn's record against Mannings is now 3-2. The Tigers beat Archie in 1970 and lost to Peyton in 1997. Auburn is 2-1 against Eli.
- Auburn lost when leading after three quarters for the first time since the Georgia game last year.
- Auburn loss is the first time when outgaining its opponent in total yards for the first time since Arkansas on Oct. 27, 2001 when Auburn outgained the Razorbacks 492-297 and fell 42-17.
- Auburn extended its streak of consecutive extra points made to 174. The streak is the second longest in SEC history and dates back to 1999.
- Auburn gave up a touchdown on the first drive of the game for the fourth time this season. The Tigers are 0-4 in those games.
- Auburn came back from a deficit to take the lead in a game for the first time this year.
- Auburn has converted a fourth down in every game but one (Western Kentucky) this year.
- Auburn has two players (Jeris McIntyre, Ben Obomanu) with a 100-yard receving game in the same season for the eighth time in the last 10 years.
- Auburn failed to force a turnover for the first time since the Southern California game earlier this year.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- RB Carnell Williams moved past James Joseph (2,264) into seventh in Auburn history for career rushing yards. Williams finished the day with 2,349.
- RB Carnell Williams moved into a fifth place tie in Auburn history for rushing touchdowns in a season with his 13th.
- RB Carnell Williams gained 100 yards for the fifth time this season. It is his 10th career 100-yard game which is tied for fifth most in Auburn history.
- RB Ronnie Brown passed Joe Childress (1,667) for 16th place in school history for career rushing yards. Brown finished the day with 1,674.
- PK Philip Yost is now to 5-for-7 on field goals this year with a pair of 2-for-3 performance today.
- DT Spencer Johnson recorded his second sack of the season.
- DE Reggie Torbor had three sacks, giving him five on the season. It was his first career three-sack game.
- WR Ben Obomanu set career highs with six catches and 150 yards.
- WR Ben Obomanu became the second Auburn receiver to have a 100-yard receiving game this season (Jeris McIntyre).
- WR Jeris McIntyre extended his streak of consecutive games with a catch to 10 and his streak of consecutive games with multiple catches to 10. It is the longest streak of multi-reception games for a Tiger since Ronney Daniels had 11 straight in 1999. It is the fourth longest such streak since 1990 (Karsten Bailey in 22 games from 1996-98, Frank Sanders in 21 games from 1993-94).
- QB Jason Campbell's 68-yard pass to WR Ben Obomanu was the longest pass play for Auburn since Daniel Cobb hit Marcel Willis for a 75 yarder last year against Syracuse.
- QB Jason Campbell's 68-yard completion is the second longest pass of his career (72 vs. LSU, 2001).
- WR Ben Obomanu's 68-yard reception is the longest of his career.
- QB Jason Campbell's 42 yards rushing were the second most of his career, behind a 72 yard effort against Georgia last year.
- PK Philip Yost is the first Tiger to make two field goals in a game since Damon Duval made a pair against Louisiana Tech in 2001.
- WR Ben Obomanu's 150-yard receiving performance against Ole Miss is the best for an Auburn player since Tim Carter's 156-yard performance at Arkansas in 2001.
