Lady Rebels Look To Maintain Momentum, Travel To Vanderbilt

Ole Miss will travel to Nashville on Sunday to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores after defeating Georgia in double overtime Thursday night, 90-79. Game time is slated for 2 p.m., in Memorial Coliseum.

The Lady Rebels are 12-7, 3-2 so far this year under first-year head coach Carol Ross. Ole Miss is undefeated at home with SEC wins in Tad Smith Coliseum against Florida, Mississippi State and Georgia. The Lady Rebels' two SEC losses have come on the road at the hands of Arkansas and Alabama.

Vanderbilt enters Sunday's game with a 14-3 overall record and a 2-2 mark in SEC play. The Dores dropped a game at Tennessee, 79-54, in their last outing. VU has won both SEC home games, and dropped their two SEC road games at Florida and Tennessee.

VU head coach Melanie Balcomb is 36-13 in her second season in Nashville. Balcomb owns a 199-117 overall coaching record in 11 seasons.
