OXFORD, Miss. - Game Notes
Ole Miss will be looking for their second win over a ranked team this season when they play host to #16/16 Georgia on Sunday. Game time is slated for 2 p.m., in Tad Smith Coliseum.

The Lady Rebels are 16-8, 6-5 under the direction of second-year head coach Carol Ross. Ross, who played at Ole Miss from 1979-82, earned SEC Co-Coach of the Year honors in 2004 after guiding Ole Miss back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in eight seasons.

Ole Miss is led by a All-SEC candidate Armintie Price. Price leads Ole Miss in scoring and rebounding with 15.7 points and 10.0 rebounds per game. She also leads the Lady Rebels in steals with 71 and field goal percentage at .548. Price is joined in double figures by senior Amber Watts with 12.0 points per game. Senior Carletta Brown leads Ole Miss in assists with 113 on the season.

Georgia enters Sunday's contest with a 20-6 overall mark, including a 9-3 record in SEC play. The Lady Bulldogs have won four-straight games since falling 77-70 at Tennessee on Jan. 31.

Georgia is led by SEC Freshman of the Year candidate Tasha Humphrey with 19.2 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Sophomore Cori Chambers (13.2) and junior Sherill Baker (11.3) also score in double figures for the Lady Bulldogs. Junior Alexis Kendrick leads UGA in assists with 92, while Baker leads Georgia in steals with 71 on the season.

Georgia head coach Andy Landers is 630-195 in his 26th season with the Lady Bulldogs. His overall coaching record is 712-216 in nearly 30 years in the business.
