Rebels Move Up One Spot To Eighth At Seminole Intercollegiate

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Ole Miss men's golf team is in eighth place after the second day of competition Monday at the Seminole Intercollegiate in Tallahassee, Fla., after scoring a second-round 298.

Coastal Carolina leads the event with a two-day score of even-par 576.

Senior Jordan Dempsey carded a 1-under 71 to move up to a tie for ninth place with a two-day total of 144.

Other Rebel scores on Monday included a career-best 73 by sophomore Brice Bailey, a 75 by sophomore Kyle Ellis and 79s by seniors Lucas Boyd and Ryan Michals.

The third and final 18 holes will begin at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Golden Eagle Country Club.
