Rebel Golfers Capture Mason Rudolph Intercollegiate

It marks the Rebels’ sixth tournament title since head coach Ernest Ross returned in 2004 to take over the program. Ole Miss’ team total of 876 (290-296-290) won the tournament by eight strokes over co-runners-up Vanderbilt and
“We are really proud of our players,” head coach Ernest Ross said. “We had four players finish in the top 12. It was cold and windy today, and our guys battled the elements and competed really hard. This is a great way to end the fall.”
Senior Callum Macaulay tied for fifth with a 72-71-73--216. He earned his third top five and third top 10 finish of the season. It also marks his second straight top five and third consecutive top 20 showing at the Mason Rudolph Intercollegiate. Macaulay tied for fifth at the 2004 tournament and then tied for 15th at last year’s event.
Brice Bailey, one of three seniors competing for the Rebels, finished eighth with a 71-75-73--219, to earn his first top 10 of the season. Sophomore Will Roebuck fired an even-par 72 in the final round to finish at 220 and tie for ninth. He picked up his third top 10 finish of the season.
Senior Chris Rogers tied for 12th with a 74-75-72--221, and Larry Blatt, Jr., rounded out the Rebels with a 77-75-74--226.
The Rebels will kick off the spring season Feb. 19 at the Rio Pinar Intercollegiate in
