“Barnabas ran an excellent race,” said head coach Joe Walker. “He fell down at the start of the race, but was able to over come the slow start to win the race. He is really progressing well this season.”
Kyle Lewis turned in a time of 24:45.21 to finish 15th. Others running for Ole Miss included Gabe Ngwiri (25:21.53, 46th), Seth Conerly (26:41.03, 103rd), Devin Darnall (27:29.57, 128th), Bryce McKay (28:08.26, 141st) and Chad Berry (29:24.36, 154th).
The Ole Miss women were led by Shannon Chandler who finished 40th overall with a time of 18:15.24. Others running for the Rebel women included Samantha Mazer (18:29.68, 53rd), Anna Adams (19:06.54, 91st), Lindsey Doucett (19:29.17. 111th),
Kirby Patterson (19:33.69, 114th), Cassie Kipper (19:36.65, 115th), Micah Pioreck (20:20.54, 146th) and Carolyn Hill (21:18.38, 165th).
