OXFORD, Miss. The Ole Miss softball team’s doubleheader versus Southeast Missouri State on Wednesday will be the first of several scheduled internet broadcasts to be streamed live on OleMissSports.TV this season. The first game of the doubleheader will begin at 4 p.m. CT.

Ronnie Williams will serve as Wednesday’s play-by-play announcer.

All broadcasts this season will be free to the public. They may be accessed by visiting the front page of OleMissSports.com and clicking “Live Events” under the “Multimedia” tab, or by following this direct link.

A total of eight Rebel home games are slated for the free streaming broadcast. Others include April 11 vs. Mississippi Valley State, April 18 vs. Southern Miss (doubleheader), April 21 vs. Alabama (doubleheader) and April 22 vs. Alabama.

Ole Miss has been hot as of late after a 5-4 win over No. 1 Tennessee last Wednesday and taking two-of-three for a series victory at Auburn over the weekend. The Rebels’ 4-4 record in SEC play is tied with the 2000 team for the best ever start through eight league games.

Senior left-hander Mary Jane Callahan is the reigning Southeastern Conference Pitcher of the Week after a pair of wins over the Lady Vols and Tigers in three total appearances. She leads the team with an 8-5 record and ranks seventh in the SEC with a 1.08 ERA.

Southeast Missouri will play a doubleheader at Middle Tennessee on Tuesday before traveling to Oxford. The Redhawks are on a six-game, three-day road trip during their spring break this week. They own a 6-10 overall record this year.

Ole Miss is 5-1 all-time against SEMO, with the lone loss coming back in 2001.
