Ole Miss Basketball TV Show Receives Honors

OXFORD, Miss. - "Ole Miss Basketball with Andy Kennedy", which is televised weekly during the SEC season, was recently honored with a Telly Award for its outstanding broadcast.
The 30-minute weekly program is hosted by the "Voice of the Rebels" David Kellum and includes analysis and strategy from Kennedy, as well as highlights of the previous week's action and a preview of the upcoming opponents.
The show is produced by Ole Miss Sports Productions, and J. Stern serves as Executive Producer and Raphael Henry as Producer/Director. Associate Producer is Will Guice, Post Production Producer is Shane Sanford and Production Assistants are Antoine McNeil, Jenna Wix and Shannon Essenpreis.
The Ole Miss basketball coach's television show has been on the air for 14 seasons and has received countless honors, including several Tellys and Gold Awards for Excellence in Broadcasting from the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters.
Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. The Telly Awards is a widely known and highly respected national and international competition and receives over 12,000 entries annually from all 50 states and many foreign countries.
