This is your opportunity to be the "First in Line" at Meet the Rebels Day on Saturday, August 16, providing you the opportunity to have your picture taken with the entire head table, including Head Coach Houston Nutt. Coleman Barnes will be leaving the UMAA Foundation to assume duties as the Assistant Athletics Director of Development at Fresno State. His last day at Ole Miss will be Friday, August 1, 2008. "Oxford, the University of Mississippi, and Ole Miss Athletics have meant a great deal to me and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences here the past three plus years. I've been fortunate enough to work with great people, meet so many passionate supporters, better myself professionally, complete coursework for a Ph.D. in Higher Education, and most importantly, meet my wife, the former Mary Beth Justice of Madison, MS (an Ole Miss graduate)."
Football season ticket allocations are nearing an end and tickets will be mailed over the next couple of weeks. There still may be opportunities for you to upgrade your season ticket location. Contact a representative of the UMAA Foundation for more information.
Please remember that the deadline for the men's basketball membership fund is October 1. Information will be mailed soon concerning season ticket opportunities. Additional courtside seats will be added for the upcoming 2008-2009 season. Contact the UMAA Foundation to make sure you are on the list in order to be considered for the allocation process.
If you have not reserved any outfield box or club level seats for the 2009 baseball season, it is not too late! Outfield box seats require only a $350 membership and this includes the season ticket and parking costs! To secure any premium seating, you need to pay your deposit of either $100 (outfield box seats) or $250 (club level seats) as soon as possible. Oxford-University Stadium will be the premier facility in all of college baseball, so do not miss out on your seats for next season.
