Rebel Golfers In Seventh After 1st Round At Brickyard

MACON, Ga. -- The Ole Miss men's golf team shot a 294 in the first round of the Brickyard Collegiate Saturday and stands in seventh at The Brickyard at Riverside.
Augusta State was the only team to go under par, firing a 6-under 282. They lead VCU (291) and Chattanooga (291) by nine. Clemson and LSU are tied for fourth at 293.
Junior Jonathan Randolph and sophomore Billy Brozovich both shot 73 and are tied for 21st. They're just four back of six guys, who share the lead at 69. Freshman Tom Brown carded a 74, along with sophomore Joe David.
