OXFORD, Miss. Ole Miss standouts Bianca Thomas and Shawn Goff continue to add to their growing lists of postseason accolades as the duo was named All-SEC by the Associated Press on Wednesday.

Thomas earned a spot on the All-SEC second team, while Goff was selected as an All-SEC honorable mention.  Earlier this month, Thomas was selected as an All-SEC first team member by the league’s coaches.

One of only two Rebels to start every game this season, Thomas enters the postseason tied for third in the SEC with 15.8 points per game and has scored in double figures in 26 of 31 games.  In addition, she finished third in the conference this season with 18.1 points per game against league foes.

She produced nine games this season in which she scored 20 points or more, including a career-high 31-point performance against Arkansas in the first round of the SEC Tournament.  Thomas was one of only four players in the SEC this season to score at least 30 points in a single game.

Thomas proved to be one of the top long distance shooters in the conference this season as evident by her 34.9 shooting percentage from beyond the arc.  She has made 68 three-pointers thus far this season and holds the school record for most three-pointers in a single season.  Earlier this year, Thomas tied the school record for the most treys in a single game following the seven she hit at Mississippi State.  She had nine games this season in which she made four or more three-pointers.

The Henderson, Tenn., native also ranks seventh in the SEC with a 41.1 shooting percentage from the field, and she is also third in the conference with an 81.9 shooting percentage from the free throw line.

Goff was honored by the Associated Press for the second straight year following her All-SEC second team selection last season as a junior.  This season, Goff picked up right where she left off and currently ranks eighth in the SEC in scoring (13.4 ppg), 11th in rebounding (6.3 rpg) and third in blocks (2.1 bpg).

She enters the postseason having scored in double figures in 21 of the 28 games in which she appeared, including a career-high 25-point performance March 6 against top-seeded Auburn in the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament.  Goff also tallied 10 rebounds against the Tigers to register her fifth double-double of the season.

Earlier this season, Goff became just the 22nd player in school history to score 1,000 career points and currently ranks 19th all-time at Ole Miss in scoring.  She has also pulled down 680 rebounds in her career and is just 20 boards shy of becoming just the 10th player at Ole Miss with 1,000 career points and 700 career rebounds.

Goff was also a force on the defensive end of the floor this season and enters the postseason ranked 34th in the nation with 2.1 blocked shots per game.  The Tallahassee, Fla., native has collected 59 rejections this season and recently became the Ole Miss all-time blocked shots leader with a total of 207 over her career.  She currently ranks 14th all-time in blocks in SEC history.

Thomas, Goff and the rest of the Rebels return to action Sunday against either Murray State or UALR in the second round of the WNIT.
