8:18 PM: That'll do it from Oxford. Ole Miss falls to #1 Auburn by a final score of 51-31.
8:15 PM: Brandon Bolden takes a 5-yard carry into the end zone. The PAT is good and Auburn now leads 51-31 with 1:53 to play.
8:12 PM: Ole Miss goes for it on fourth down in Auburn territory and converts on a completion to Ja-Mes Logan.
8:03 PM: Cam Newton connects with Terrell Zachery for a 10-yard TD pass. Wes Byrum's PAT is good and Auburn now leads 51-24 with 4:36 to play.
7:55 PM: The onsides kick is all for naught as Ole Miss goes three-and-out and punts the ball where it is called for a fair catch at the 19-yard line.
7:50 PM: Ole Miss pulls an onsides kick that is successfully recovered by Fon Ingram. The Rebels take over from their own 43-yard line.
7:46 PM: Brandon Bolden takes a 20-yard handoff to the house giving him six touchdowns on the season. That is also a career best. Bryson Rose's PAT is good making the score Auburn 44, Ole Miss 24 with 12:28 to play.
7:45 PM: Today's attendance of 61, 474 is the fifth-largest in school history.
7:38 PM: That ends the 3Q with Ole Miss driving, but trailing on the scoreboard by a score of 44-17.
7:30 PM: Following Cam Newton's completion to Emory Blake, Auburn will punt the football for the first time today. Jessie Grandy calls for a fair catch at his own 18-yard line where Jeremiah Masoli and the Rebels will take over.
7:25 PM: Another three-and-out brings Tyler Campbell on to punt. Quindarius Carr calls for a fair catch at his own 29-yard line where Cam Newton and the Tigers will take over.
7:24 PM: Ole Miss will take over at their own 26-yard line after the kickoff.
7:19 PM: Michael Dyer with an easy 30-yard touchdown run. Wes Byrum's PAT is good and Auburn now leads 44-17 with 7:47 left to play in the 3Q.
7:17 PM: Ole Miss punts leaving Auburn to take over at their own 33-yard line.
7:09 PM: Wes Byrum on to attempt a 48-yard FG. The kick is good and Auburn now leads 37-17 with 11:29 to play in the 3Q.
7:08 PM: Here's a link to a photo gallery from the game. http://www.olemisssports.com/view.gal?id=79760
7:06 PM: Auburn ball to start the half.
6:52 PM: The 3D commercial at halftime featured a member of each Ole Miss sports team.
6:38 PM: Wes Byrum connects on a 35-yard FG and that'll take us to the half with Auburn leading 34-17.
6:32 PM: Ole Miss opted to go for it on fourth down from their own 41-yard line and came up short. Ole Miss has challanged the play and the play stands as called on the field.
6:25 PM: Just like that Demond Washington takes the ensuing kickoff 95 yards to the end zone to extend Auburn's lead to 31-17 with 2:26 remaining before the half.
6:22 PM: Bryson Rose drills a 33-yard FG. He is now 9-of-11 on the season and has made three consecutive attempts.
6:15 PM: With that carry, Jeff Scott is up to 114 yards rushing. That's already a career high eclipsing the 74-yard day he had against Fresno State earlier in the season.
6:07 PM: That was easy. Two third down conversions leads to a 24-yard TD pass from Cam Newton to Darvin Adams. 24-14 Tigers with 6:51 left before the half.
5:58 PM: Two plays later Jeremiah Masoli is intercepted by Demond Washington at the 2-yard line.
5:56 PM: The handoff exchange from Cam Newton to Onterio McCalebb was fumbled and returned by Jason Jones to the Auburn 18-yard line. I know you're wondering and the answer is "yes." Cam Newton did make the tackle.
5:53 PM: Ole Miss is forced to punt for the second time today (I know, I can't believe it, either) and Auburn will regain possession at their own 26-yard line.
5:48 PM: The Rebel defense makes a stand in the red zone and holds Auburn to a 25-yard FG by Wes Byrum. 17-14 Tigers with 14:07 to go in the half.
5:44 PM: The men's basketball team was just honored between quarters for winning the SEC Western Division last season.
5:42 PM: That will end the 1Q tied at 14 and I swear to you neither team has done anything to stop the other.
5:33 PM: Wow, again. Markeith Summers with an unbelieveable catch on a 29-yard pass from Jeremiah Masoli. It's 14-14 with 5:14 to play in the 1Q.
5:23 PM: On 3rd and 1 Auburn's Onterio McCalebb takes the handoff 68-yards to the endzone. Auburn leads 14-7 with 8:06 to play in the 1Q.
5:18 PM: Ole Miss is forced to punt from their own 32-yard line. Tyler Campbell's punt rolls out of bounds at Auburn's 23-yard line.
5:10 PM: Wow. Cam Newton catches a 20-yard touchdown pass from former quarterback Kodi Burns. Wes Byrum's PAT is good and it's 7-7 with 12:04 to play in the 1Q.
5:04 PM: Jeff Scott takes the second play of the game 83-yards to the house. Bryson Rose's PAT is good and the Rebels lead 7-0. That's the longest run this season eclipsing Brandon Bolden's 71-yard run against Fresno State. That's also the longest run since Dexter McCluster's 86-yard touchdown run in the 2010 Cotton Bowl. That makes two touchdown runs of 50+ yards for Jeff Scott.
5:00 PM: ESPN's Scott Van Pelt with the pregame "Are You Ready?" followed by Kentrell Lockett's video instructing the crowd how to cheer.
4:57 PM: Really cool pregame intro video featuring video images from Ole Miss football and AC/DC's "Thunderstruck." Yes, folks, the Rebels are in gray uniforms.
4:53 PM: Vaught-Hemingway is packed with eight minutes before kickoff. The National Anthem featured a four plane flyover.
4:39 PM: For the first time there are pregame montages featuring Ole Miss' players currently in the NFL. The ones included today were Benjarvus Green-Ellis, Dexter McCluster, Mike Wallace, Patrick Willis, and Eli Manning.
4:15 PM: Greetings from the press box and it's a picturesque day in Oxford. Both teams are on the field warming up with Auburn in white helmets, navy shirts, and white pants. On the other side of the field, Ole Miss is clad in navy helmets, red shirts, and gray pants.
